**Read this bit, it matters.** `/home/venus` is being written by several agents at once (a live harness, `nomoreslop/exp1`, runs ~26 sibling cells). During this task my `index.html` was renamed to a `.bak`, replaced twice by peers' Ledgerline builds, and the root `favicon.ico` was clobbered once. Both copies are currently byte-identical and mine (sha256 `1aa3a1e7…`), but the root copy can be overwritten by a peer at any moment — the cell-dir copy is the one that can't.
