Ledgerline
Your bank feed already knows what you earned. Ledgerline writes it up.
Ledgerline connects read-only to the accounts you already get paid into. It reads the deposits — Stripe payouts, PayPal transfers, Zelle from the client who pays late, the cheque you photographed — matches each one to a client and a project, and turns the ones that never got an invoice into itemized, tax-ready ones.
How it works
- Connect. Link your banks and processors read-only, or drop in a CSV. Ledgerline imports twelve months and starts reading.
- Draft. Every deposit gets a first guess, matched on payer name, amount, cadence and the rules you have already taught it.
- Review. Confirm what it is sure about, fix what it is not. Split a lump sum, pull out the processing fee, mark a deposit as not income.
- File. Numbered invoices, a reconciliation CSV that ties to the bank to the penny, and a one-page summary for whoever does your tax return.

Questions
Does it work with my bank? 12,000+ institutions through a read-only connection, or any CSV or OFX statement you can download.
Is this my bookkeeping software? No. Ledgerline produces invoices and a reconciliation file. It does not do your P&L, payroll or filing.
Will you file my taxes? No, and we will not pretend to. Filing stays with you or with your accountant.
